Who are we?

W2W Solutions was established in May 2007 by Stephanie Barlow to bring practical, simple solutions to the welfare to work and learning and skills sector in improving the quality of their service delivery, management and ultimately the learner experience.  With a keen focus on improving standards, we have supported many customers in developing various aspects of their business since the company was established.  

Stephanie is a qualified Prince2 Practitioner and ISO9001 Lead Auditor.  She brings twelve years experience of contract audit and quality monitoring to ISO9001, Ofsted, Matrix and other quality standards.  Prior to setting up W2W Solutions, Stephanie spent 5 years as a Quality & Business Improvement Manager for a national private training provider, with responsibility for developing and implementing an ISO9001 compliant QMS, managing a country-wide team of Quality Managers, and improving performance.  With experience of successful project and contract implementation, management and development for government funded training provision, and 6 years within quality and contract management for Jobcentre Plus, Stephanie has excellent knowledge of industry standards and good practice, and works to exceptionally high standards.        

Michelle Cobbin has worked with Stephanie for 8 years and plays a valuable role in the business.  With 10 years experience of direct delivery of Jobcentre Plus provision and of continuous improvement management within a private training organisation, she contributes a great deal of knowledge, experience and new ideas.  With a real commercial focus, she has an excellent understanding of what customers want, and provides a friendly and professional service.  She has also led the company development of tools, material, reference material and other resources, including the Support Directory that is available on the website.

We work with a number of associates who have a wide breadth of experience at project management, policy and partnership development, bid writing, contract implementation, interim management and a host of other industry related activities.  We work together to ensure that as individuals and as a collective, we provide the best level of service to all of our customers.  We work together with our associates frequently to share expertise and also increase our capacity as required for project work.  

All consultants have a proven track record in the sector and in their specialist area and bring a wealth of experience to benefit our customers.

Stephanie and Michelle are based in East Anglia and have associate consultants based around the country so are able to provide good coverage across the country including the Midlands, London and the South East.  We also deliver services to providers in the North of England.
