Staff Training
We provide a range of training courses directed at staff working in delivery of jobsearch and employability skills in any sector. These courses have been designed to plug a gap in staff training which has been identified both through our own work, requests from customers, and to address issues that Ofsted identify through inspection.
Our courses currently include:
- Effective Planning of Learning
- Making Jobsearch Work
- Jobsearch Explored - individual workshops covering four key aspects of jobsearch (including CV development).
- Effective Observation of Welfare to Work delivery
- Safeguarding Training - three courses aimed at recruiters, managers and delivery staff
In addition we offer bespoke tailored packages for organisations, that could include any of our existing courses, or which we can develop to meet your individual need.
