Solutions Centre
If you have limited finances, but still need an extra bit of help and some expertise, our Solutions Centre provides a low cost alternative to quality consultancy, giving you access to the knowledge and experience of our consultants when you need it for all areas of continuous improvement.
By subscribing to this service, key personnel within your organisation can receive up to two hours per month advice, guidance and off site consultancy via our email and telephone support service. This service could be used to quality assure and evaluate:
- systems, processes, policies.
- documents, schemes of work, lesson plans and resources.
- Self Assessment Reports, Improvement Plans, Action Plans and similar management tools.
- completed ILPs, CVs and other key learner documents.
Customers can access advice and guidance on:
- Continuous improvement strategies and activities
- ISO9001, Matrix and other quality standards
- Ofsted inspection preparation
- Self Assessment
- Programme content and development
- Staff training and development
- Safeguarding and safer learner requirements
- Provider guidance
The Solutions Centre service could also be used to provide a moderation service of internal quality assurance and observation reports as well as desk research covering labour market, data, sector policy developments, good practice, resources and other information.
The cost of subscription is:
Six month subscription - £450
Annual subscription - £825
Usage above the two hours per month would be charged at £45 per hour pro rata. Subscribers may defer some of their monthly time allowance to be used the following month (limited deferral of one month only). A monthly breakdown of usage will be provided to the customer to enable them to manage this service effectively. On site consultancy services are available to Solutions Centre subscribers at 10% discount.
