Implementation & Support

Whether you are a newly established provider or an existing provider who has won some new contracts and just need an extra pair of hands, our Implementation and Support service could be what you need. We can:

 
  • help you manage the full implementation of government funded contracts,
  • provide support on specific aspects of the implementation process,
  • provide on site or remote support for your implementation team.

One of our experienced consultants will be assigned to work with you and your management and delivery teams to provide the following practical services as required:

Implementation Planning - including identifying all required actions pre and post implementation and assigning responsibility and accountability to key staff; monitoring progress against the plan; and arranging remedial action where required.

Contract & Standards Review - including reviewing the contract, awarding body and relevant quality standards guidance to identify key aspects of management and delivery needed to meet requirements of all stakeholders.

Systems & Processes - including identifying all key procedures, processes, documents, and tools that are needed to meet the required standards (including performance management, continuous improvement, programme delivery, sub contractor management) and working with you to develop these.

Recruitment - including development of job and person specifications and support with the interview and selection process.

Policies - including review of requirements; development of outline policies and frameworks (including equality and diversity, safeguarding, skills for life, quality etc); and consultation with staff, learners, and other stakeholders to ensure policies are individual to your organisation.

Delivery Models - including refining the original proposed structure and content; interpreting this to produce simple programme overviews; and supporting the development of programme content.

Training & Development - including process walk throughs; providing bespoke training solutions, or sourcing alternative solutions; development of staff induction programmes; support with developing an organisational training and development plan, skills gap analysis and other tools.  Click here to see our off the shelf training options.

All of these services are available individually or as part of a larger package. As a bespoke service, it can be as small or as big as our customers require, and can encompass any of the other services we provide.
