Mentoring & Support
Experienced senior quality staff are difficult to find and many organisations just can’t afford the cost of the high calibre staff they need. Our service provides an excellent compromise. Particularly effective for new or inexperienced teams or where there is limited resource, our mentoring and support service provides you with access to experienced continuous improvement managers to coach, support and advise your staff.
We provide a formal structure of support via monthly facilitated meetings for quality managers and support staff which offer additional expert management support for continuous improvement, helping to ensure effective implementation and development of systems. Meetings involve:
- moderation of internal audits and observations
- review of customer feedback
- sharing good practice
- systems and process development
- short training sessions on relevant industry developments
