Resignations - Purnell & McNulty

James Purnell (Secretary of State for Work & Pensions) has resigned today, along with Tony McNulty (Minister of State for Employment & Welfare Reform).  Both were key speakers at the forthcoming CESI Welfare to Work Convention, so expect some programme changes!  

James is replaced by The Rt Hon Yvette Cooper MP and the new Minister of State (Employment), Department for Work and Pensions is The Rt Hon Jim Knight MP.
